All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

 

Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, such as holidays or product launches.

 

 

 

 

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

 

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Estimated delivery times:

 

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (availability varies by location)

 

 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

 

 

 

 

3. Domestic Shipping

 

 

Kenya’s Happy Hair currently ships to all 50 U.S. states, including U.S. territories and P.O. Boxes.

 

 

 

 

4. International Shipping

 

 

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on the destination.

 

Customs and Import Taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. Kenya’s Happy Hair is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

 

 

 

 

5. Order Tracking

 

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become available.

 

 

 

 

6. Shipping Carriers

 

 

We partner with reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure timely and safe delivery of all orders. Carrier selection may vary based on your location and delivery preference.

 

 

 

 

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

 

 

Kenya’s Happy Hair is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

However, you may also reach out to us at care@kenyashappyhair.com with your order number, and we will assist you to the best of our ability.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. Kenya’s Happy Hair is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

9. Preorders and Backorder

 

If an item is listed as a preorder or backorder, shipping dates will be indicated on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items will ship together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.
