Return & Refund Policy

At Kenya’s Happy Hair, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the personal nature of our hair care products, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards. As such, we can only accept returns under specific conditions outlined below.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

You received the wrong product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Returned within 14 days of delivery

We cannot accept returns on:

Used or opened products
Sale or promotional items
Gift cards

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at care@kenyashappyhair.com with the following information:

Order number
Description of the issue
Photo evidence (if applicable)

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions and, if approved, a return shipping address. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Kenya’s Happy Hair is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we are happy to send a replacement. Please contact us at care@kenyashappyhair.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company.

If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at care@kenyashappyhair.com for assistance.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

Opened or used hair oils
Bundled or promotional sets
Gift cards
